Induction cooktops specifically heat the bottom of induction-friendly pots and pans using magnetic technology for faster heat-up and better energy efficiency over an open gas flame.
Sometimes you just need one big cooking zone to cook a larger volume of food. Now with the Smart Flexi-zone you have that freedom -think delicious veggies fried-off at once in one big batch, or searing casseroles before placing in the oven.
From high-heat stir-frying to the gentlest of simmers, the nine power levels give you exact control and the instant change in heat levels you need for precise cooking results. Simply adjust the power at the slide touch control.
Each zone has a Boost function that can be selected to get a pot of water boiling in no time. If the cooktop detects Boost is still on after a period of five minutes, then the zone will automatically switch over to power level 9.
You'll know which cooking zone is still hot after you've finished cooking by the illuminated residual heat indicator, while Auto Shutdown will switch the cooktop off after a set period of inactivity for your absolute safety.
Once the cooktop has cooled down and safe to touch, give your Technikainduction cooktop a wipe using a damp cloth and just a little mild cleaner followed by a dry cloth for steak-free results on the beautiful, premium Schott ceramic glass.
